If you decide to cancel a product or service that is eligible for a refund under our Standard Refund Terms, you will receive a refund. Please note that the refund amount will be subject to the deduction of the following charges:
- Gateway Charges: A 2% fee will be deducted from the refund amount to cover gateway charges.
- IGST Charges: An 18% Integrated Goods and Services Tax (IGST) charge will also be deducted from the refund amount.

Who Can Apply for a Refund?
We prioritize your satisfaction with our services. If the services provided do not meet the specifications as mentioned on our website or if they are not functioning properly, you may be eligible for a refund. Please adhere to the following guidelines:

Refund requests must be submitted within the first 7 days of your hosting account activation.
Refundable Hosting Plans:
The following hosting plans are eligible for refunds:
- One Domain Hosting
- Multi-Domain Hosting
- Unlimited Hosting
- WordPress Web Hosting
- Reseller Web Hosting
Refund Amount:
Upon approval of your refund request, we will promptly issue a refund within the next 3 days, following the verification of valid ID proof. Please note that a deduction of 20% will be applied to the refund amount, which includes:
- 2% Gateway Charges
- 18% IGST (Integrated Goods and Services Tax)
Non-Refundable Products & Services:
Your refund policy outlines specific cases where refunds will not be granted, which is important for clarity and transparency.
Refund Exclusions
We are committed to providing exceptional services, but there are certain situations in which refunds will not be granted. Please take note of the following refund exclusions:
- Multiple Refunds: Refunds are limited to one per customer. This means that multiple services or signups by the same customer do not qualify for multiple refunds.
- Combo Plan Orders and Coupon Codes: We do not issue refunds for Combo Plan orders or purchases made with coupon codes or promotions under any circumstances.
- Unacceptable Behavior: If a user engages in misbehavior, including the use of abusive language with CWP Hosting staff through chat, call, or support tickets, their account may be terminated instantly or banned.
- Incomplete or Incorrect Contact Details: In cases where a user’s contact details, such as phone or mobile numbers, email addresses, names, or addresses, are found to be incomplete or incorrect, a refund will not be granted. To be eligible for a refund, account details and document details (e.g., Voter ID, Aadhar Card, or Passport) must match.
- Domain Registration or Activation: Once a domain is registered or activated, users cannot cancel it or request a refund for the domain name.
- Non-Refundable Products & Services: The following products and services are non-refundable:
- Domain Registration
- SSL Certificates
- VPS (Virtual Private Server)
- Dedicated Server
- G Suite Emails
- Office 365 Business Essentials
- Service Violations: No refund will be issued if your service(s) is suspended or terminated due to:
- Phishing or copyright content or code
- Email marketing or email abuse
- Account overuse or misuse of our services
- Inappropriate, illegal, or immoral activities
- Overuse of system resources (RAM/CPU)
- Use of Freenom domains
- Use of famous brand names for purchasing web hosting or domains

Refund Request
If you find yourself eligible for the refund as per the mention policy above, submit a ticket on a helpdesk. Also we may ask for your UPI or Paytm info for processing the refund.
Late Payment or Non-Payment
We understand that timely payment is crucial to maintain uninterrupted services. Please review the following policies regarding late payment or non-payment:
- Late Fee/Interest Charges: If you do not pay your service renewal invoice within 3 days after its due date, a late fee or interest charge may be applied. The late fee/interest charge can range from 10% to 20%, depending on the specific services being renewed.
- Account Suspension: Invoices that remain unpaid beyond their due date may result in the suspension of the hosting account. This suspension will take effect on the last due date.
- Termination of Hosting Account: If an account remains in a suspended state due to unpaid invoices, it may be terminated within 7 days of suspension. Please note that if your hosting account is terminated, the data residing on it will not be restored and will be treated as a new account.
Important Note: In cases of termination due to non-renewal, CWP Hosting will not be responsible for the data on your website. Therefore, we strongly recommend renewing your services on time to avoid any data loss.
- Activation Restrictions: Customers with an outstanding balance on their account will not be able to activate new orders or new packages until the outstanding balance is settled.
